Rolex Explorer II "Polar" - 16570 - $SOLD

As White As Polar Snow

When you hear a Rolex watch referred to as “The Polar Explorer”, the reference 16570 with a white dial is what they are talking about.

The Explorer II was developed in the 1970s for cave explorers. Featuring a fixed 24-hour bezel and coordinating red arrow GMT hand on the dial to allow cavers to distinguish between day and night hours.

For most wearers , the GMT complication is best served to track a second time zone.

This 2002 Explorer II is in great all round condition with a sharp case with chamfers on lugs, scratch free bezel and tight bracelet. Original case back sticker is still present.

Watch has received a full movement service and pressure test.

Solid end links with bracelet fitting upto a 7.5 inch wrist

Watch comes as 2002 warranty papers, tag, booklet inner and outer boxes and Grail Time Co watch roll.
